Super Negin. The Highest Grade

 

Saffron is graded by how much of the crimson stigma makes it into the jar. Super Negin is the strictest cut of all: only the deep red tip, full in colour and aroma, with nothing pale to dilute it.

 
  1. All-red stigma tips, cut clean above the yellow style
  2. Long, unbroken threads with the signature trumpet-shaped end
  3. Deep crimson colour that releases slowly in water
  4. Separated and inspected by hand before sealing
 

Tip: Rest a few threads in a room temperature water. True Super Negin gives up a deepening gold over several minutes while the threads themselves keep their crimson.

From Flower to Jar

 

Each crocus flower offers just three stigmas, gathered by hand at dawn during a harvest that lasts only a few weeks each year.

  4. Packed and quality checked in Qatar under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards
 

Nearly 150,000 blooms are needed for a single kilogram. Fine saffron is measured in grams, and every thread counts.
