These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruwais Saffron website (ruwaissaffron.com), and any purchase you make from us, whether directly through our website or via our listings on third-party delivery platforms (Snoonu, Talabat, Rafeeq).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us.

Ruwais Saffron is a trading name of Al Sadara Foodstuff Factory W.L.L, registered in Doha, Qatar.

There is no minimum age requirement to browse our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Qatar.

You may create a customer account on our website, or check out as a guest without creating one. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

• All products are described as accurately as possible, including weight, packaging, and origin.
• Prices are displayed primarily in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Where applicable for international visitors, prices may also be displayed in other currencies for reference; the amount actually charged will be confirmed at checkout in the applicable transaction currency.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, even after confirmation, and will notify you and issue a full refund where payment has already been made.

• Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in whole or in part, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, product unavailability or stock issues, suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues, or delivery address falling outside our serviceable areas.
• If we cancel a confirmed order for any of the above reasons, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment already made in full.
• Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (Snoonu, Talabat, Rafeeq) are also subject to the respective platform's own terms of use, in addition to these Terms where applicable to product fulfillment.

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotional campaigns. Unless otherwise stated: promotional codes are valid only for the period specified and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice; codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated; promotions apply only to the products, order values, or customer segments specified in the offer terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse or abuse of a promotional code.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway provider, Tap Payment. We accept multiple payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, and digital wallets, depending on availability at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Orders are fulfilled with the support of our delivery courier partners, and delivered within Qatar and other serviceable GCC markets. Full details on delivery timelines, service areas, and delivery charges are set out in our separate Shipping Policy. Details on cancellations, returns, and refunds are set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms by reference.

All content on our website — including but not limited to the Ruwais Saffron name, logo, brand identity, product photography, packaging design, and written content — is the property of Al Sadara Foodstuff Factory W.L.L and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our website without authorization

Our website and marketing materials may contain links to, or references to, third-party platforms (such as Snoonu, Talabat, Rafeeq, or social media channels). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted under Qatari law: Ruwais Saffron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 13, Force Majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Qatari consumer protection law.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other events of force majeure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
